Feast 2012 Volunteer Application Form- New Applicants: Applicants who have not previously volunteered for the Feast of Tabernacles or who have had a long absence from serving at the Feast (volunteered prior to 2005) are required to complete this form.

Feast 2012 Returning General Ministry Application Form: Applicants who have volunteered at some time in the past 5 years (2007 to 2011) as part of a general ministry team are required to complete this form.  General ministry teams include: audio duplication, photography, Resources, Catering, First Aid, Media, Feast Registration, Feast Security, AJ’s Club- Children’s Ministry, Housing & Transport, Logistics, Ushering, Translation, and Headsets.

Feast 2012 Returning Music Ministry Application Form: Applicants who have volunteered at some time in the past 5 years (2007 to 2011) as part of a music ministry team are required to complete this form.  Music ministry teams include: costume department, tabernacle dance company, musicians, vocalists, music administrative assistant, stage production, and technical production.
